Budget complications for Muskingum County aren't over yet.
Muskingum County Commissioners met with Superintendent John Hill of Starlight Programs on Thursday to discuss a cost allocation study that was recently released.
"We're just reviewing some of that information with the departments that the study has been done for and decide if there are charges that should be charged for these various other enterprises," said Commissioner Brian Hill.

With the economy still in the red, the Muskingum County Commissioners are in the process of approving this next year's budget and things are looking rather tight.
The County Commissioners have already passed appropriations for 25 percent of the budget for the 2011 fiscal year. Commissioner Jerry Lavy says estimated revenues are coming in and they are lower than what the county had hoped for. This means the budget belt just got a little tighter.
