It's once again time to recognize two recipients of the Women of Achievement Awards given out by the Muskingum Family Y.

Connie Norman received the Aldine Roach Flegal Special Recognition Award. Norman has been a member of the Zanesville City Council for 22 years and was the first African American woman elected to the position. She is also the Vice President of the Nelson T. Gant Foundation.
