If you're looking to lose weight, skipping meals is not the way to do it.

Health officials say that the best way to lose a few pounds is to cut out the sweet stuff, not to starve yourself.

I am expecting my first child December 29th, and while being an expectant mother is a very exciting time, there's also a lot you need to know. Throughout my pregnancy I will be covering topics that will be helpful to pregnant women.

If you're looking to get into shape next year or lose some weight, exercise alone won't cut it.

Nutritionist Sarah Brauning says you need to count those calories too. A woman is recommended to consume no more than 1,500 calories a day and a man, no more than two thousand.
