The Zanesville Museum of Art kicked off the annual Ohio Exhibition Saturday.
85 entries were selected from 72 artists from all over the Buckeye State and awards were presented to 11 artists for their creations.
Thomas Nelson of Granville took home the title of, "Best of Show" with his painting entitled, "Fields of Home."
Nelson, who grew up surrounded by farm land, said his motivation was to shatter the stereotypical image of rural and Appalachian life...
