Young girls from around the area were able to shop for a free dress for their upcoming prom at the 5th annual "Once Upon a Prom" dress giveaway. The event was held at the Muskingum County Welcome Center and was sponsored by the East Side Community Ministry. There were over 600 dresses to choose from, all of which were donated by members of the community and by Jillian's.
