Local celebrities are bracing themselves to take a pie in the face this Thursday, all for a good cause.

Christ's Table is hosting their third annual Pie in the Face fundraiser as a part of Operation Feed.  Fifteen local food pantries and four hot meal programs receive support through Operation Feed, and as a result, over one million meals were served last year in the Muskingum County Hunger Network.  Christ's Table Executive Director Keely Warden said the Pie in the Face...

To raise funds for Big Brothers/Big Sisters WHIZ is giving you a chance to put a pie in the face of your favorite on air personality. If you donate money to the employees page your name get put into a drawing to actually throw the pie. What do a sheriff, fire chief, county commissioner, and a mayor have in common? For Zanesville and Muskingum County, they all got pies thrown in their faces Wednesday afternoon.

The Operation Feed Pie in the Face event, is a fundraiser to fill the food pantries for Muskingum County. Wednesday, twelve local celebrities volunteered to take pie filling, crust, and of course, whip cream to the face all for the good cause.

Ten well-known figures in Zanesville agreed to have whipped cream thrown in their faces Wednesday...

As part of an Operation Feed fundraiser, ten local "celebrities" were chosen to be pied in the face on the steps of the Muskingum County Courthouse.

"We got this idea to have 12 celebrities, I think we're down to 10 right now, do a pie in the face, and we sold tickets at each of their agencies. And I think so far, we're at about 500 dollars in ticket sales,"...
