(BEVERLY) -- It was a rough start for Cambridge Post 84 in the District 11 Championship game. Four errors in the first four innings and solid hitting put Beverly/Lowell out in front 5-0 early, a lead it would never relinquish, despite Cambridge's best efforts.

(BEVERLY) -- In a game that started so close for Dresden Post 399, it turned ugly in a hurry. After taking a 2-1 lead in the fourth, an error with the bases loaded allowed Beverly-Lowell to regain the lead. Then a Tyler Procter three-run home run put the game out of reach for good.

(BEVERLY) -- Defense was in short-supply Wednesday at the District 11 Winners Bracket Championship at Fort Frye High School.
Cambridge and Dresden fought back-and-forth, before Post 84 pulled ahead late to pick up the 13-6 win.
