The trial of the former Stockport Mayor who is charged with rape is now underway in Morgan County Common Pleas Court.
39-year-old Michael Shane Shuster was indicted in April of 2012 with 10 counts each of rape, sexual battery and gross sexual imposition.

44-year-old James Rhodman was sentenced to 8 years in prison by Judge Kelly Cottrill.
Rhodman was also classified as a Tier III sex offender with lifetime registration every 90 days.
