Local students are celebrating Red Ribbon Week as part of a worldwide campaign to stay drug free.

Muskingum Behavioral Health Prevention Director Kris Headley said the kids are preparing for Red Ribbon Week. It's the last week in October where they kids will take a stand against drugs.

Wilson Elementary School is buzzing with excitement for their Red Ribbon Week.

Kindergarten through 2nd graders sang and cheered during a presentation featuring the mascot Ugo-Bee-Healthy. Principal Jordan says making learning fun is the best way to teach students. The presentation is sponored by Muskingum Behavioral Health and promoting a positive message about being healthy and drug free.
