A Zanesville shooting suspect is arraigned in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Wednesday. 28-year-old Rico Brown of Reynoldsburg is charged with attempted murder, felonious assault – both with gun specifications - and having a weapon while under disability. Zanesville Police reported Wednesday that a Zanesville shooting suspect is now in custody.
According to Detective Sergeant Ric Roush, the Columbus Police Department and its special response team arrested 28-year-old Rico Brown of Columbus, at a hotel on Tuesday afternoon.
"He was taken into custody at that time without incident, no one was injured during the apprehension. He is currently incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail," said Roush.
