The Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol says one person was killed in an accident that ended up in the Licking River. It happened around 4:30 Monday morning. Troopers say 50-year-old Mary Knipe of Zanesville was driving west on Licking Road in a minivan, lost control and drove off the right side of the roadway.
