Two New Lexington teens were seriously injured in a car crash early Saturday morning.

According to Ohio State Highway Patrol, around 3 am, 16 year old year Trevor Fink was driving a 2004 blue Honda Civic, southbound on State Route 345, north of the city of New Lexington, with his 17 year old passenger Amber Hermey, when he lost control of the vehicle. The Zanesville Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol is investigatin a two-vehicle crash that occured early Sunday morning on Interstate 70.

According to the patrol, at around 10:30 near exit 160 on 70, a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox traveling in the left lane attempted to pass a 1996 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck hauling a camper in the right lane.

The patrol says the pickup truck lost control on an icy bridge and struck the Equinox. The collision caused both vehicles to go off the right side...

Authorities say a driver reaching for her cell phone caused a rollover accident on South River Road in Wayne Township.

It happened just after 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Trooper Bill Duerson with the Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol said 32-year-old Sara Moore of Philo admitted that she was reaching for her cell phone while heading southbound which caused her to drift off the road.

One person was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Sunday afternoon after a rollover accident north of Zanesville on State Route 60.

It happened just before 5 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

Trooper Todd Henry of the State Highway Patrol said a Honda Civic was traveling northbound when it went off the right side of the road, overcorrected and rolled into a ditch.

A car with two children on board flips over as the driver attempts to turn into a driveway.

It happened around 5 p.m. on Ohio Street in Zanesville.  According to the Zanesville Police Department, a truck overturned and landed on its top.

The male driver fled the scene, and two juvenile passengers were transported to the hospital as a precautionary measure.  A female passenger was unharmed.

The State Highway Patrol is looking for a man who fled the scene of an accident Friday evening.

It happened just after 8:30 P.M. on State Route 146 near Holbein road.

Multiple people are injured following a roll-over accident involving two vehicles.

It happened around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of Wabash Avenue and Bell Street in Zanesville.

Tonight's slippery roads are to blame for several area accidents with injuries, but for one woman, she was lucky to walk away uninjured from a rollover accident.

According to Trooper Keith Roe with the State Highway patrol, a woman traveling westbound on interstate 70 near the Gratiot exit lost control of her Jeep Liberty sending it into the median and rolling over several times. A man is cited with failure to control after a rollover crash on I-70 East.

Trooper Adam McKenzie of the State Highway Patrol says at around 6 p.m. Ryan Scalan, 23, of Virginia swerved to miss a deer near the State Route 83 exit.
