In his senior year at Rosecrans, Scott Moyer lead the Bishops to their first ever playoff berth while playing quarterback. Now Moyer is back at it again. This time though he is leading the Bishops as their head coach. Moyer is one of the youngest head men in the state of Ohio and will look to guied Rosecrans to the Playoffs for the third consecutive year. Local baseball stand out and Rosecrans grad Jerod Yakubik was selected today in the 34th round by the Los Angeles Angels. The Ohio University senior became the third Bobcat selected in this years draft.

After a 7-3 vote from member schools, Steubenville was approved for membership in the ECOL, which has now added four member schools in the past calendar year. Rosecrans Senior Olivia Durant received the Bright Future Award and she said she was shocked she was selected.
