The Mid-East Board of Education begins talks of leasing a school building from Zanesville City Schools.
Because Mid-East will undergo around 47 million dollars in renovations beginning with its adult education building in the fall, the 40,000 square foot Rufus Putnam building on Moxahala Avenue owned by Zanesville City Schools could soon become the temporary adult education building for Mid-East.

Today's celebration focused on holidays around the world. Principal and Director Vicky French says they have been performing this holiday presentation for eight years and that it's all about the children discovering different cultures.
"We found out that our children are more tolerant of each others culture and then they know about the world and how tolerant they can be of other cultures," said French....
