The Salvation Army of Zanesville is still looking for food and toy donations this holiday season.
Donations are down from last year's holiday drive. Normally, a box of food would last for about a week, but coordinator, Joyce Krouskoupf said that a week's worth of food may only last some families a couple of days.

The holidays are right around the corner, and The Salvation Army in Muskingum County is asking for your help filling Christmas baskets for those in need.
Major Ralph Campbell says The Salvation Army is providing food baskets for over 1200 families this Christmas season. Food items such as mixed vegetables, macaroni & cheese, and canned pasta are just a few of the items still needed. Campbell says donations from organizations, like the Ohio National Guard, are vital.
