Southeast Area Transit nears 100,000 riders for the year.
The Transit Director of SEAT said they've seen an increase in ridership and through November had 95,500 riders. Howard Stewart said that is partly to do with a fixed route added in October that travels the east end of town. Stewart believes their success depends on being efficient.
