Senator Jimmy Stewart made a stop in Malta on Saturday to visit with locals at the annual Mother's Day flea market.
Senator Stewart said many people have been approaching him with their concerns over the state's budget. It was passed earlier this week by the House and will now move on to the Senate for review.
