A Tennessee man facing charges in a shooting death in Guernsey County if found guilty.
36-year-old James Dunakowski was convicted of aggravated robbery and aggravated murder in the death of Donald Kay. Both charges contained gun specifications as well as repeat violent offender specifications.
Kay was killed in his Seneca Resorts home on January 29, 2011 and found several days later.
