A Tennessee man facing charges in a shooting death in Guernsey County if found guilty.
36-year-old James Dunakowski was convicted of aggravated robbery and aggravated murder in the death of Donald Kay. Both charges contained gun specifications as well as repeat violent offender specifications.

Two people charged in connection with Guernsey County's first murder of 2011 appeared in court today for a bond hearing.
Court officials say bond was set at $500,000 for both 24-year-old Sara Willey of Buffalo, Ohio and 36-year-old James Dunikowski Junior of Tennessee.

The Guernsey County Sheriff's Office has identified the man killed in a Guernsey County homicide as 55 year old Donald Kay.
Kay was found dead by his son on Thursday, February 3rd at his Seneca Lake Resorts home. According to the Sheriff's Office, an autopsy done by the Licking County Coroner reveals Kay was shot to death.
Detectives continue to investigate possible leads into the case but do not have any suspects in custody at this time.
