The Southeastern Ohio Symphony Orchestra performed Irish music at Muskingum University's Brown Chapel Sunday evening. The concert featured symphonic renditions of Percy Granger, Lord of the Dance, The Irish Rhapsody and the song, "Oh Danny Boy."

The Southeastern Ohio Symphony Orchestra held their opening concert of what they're calling the "Pushing Forty" season. A medley of music from 'West Side Story' and Symphony Number 9 from 'The New World' resonated through the halls of Brown Chapel on the Muskingum University campus Sunday.

Hundreds of people packed Secrest Auditorium Thursday evening to hear some holiday music.

It was put on by the Southeast Ohio Symphony Orchestra. The songs included holiday favorites like "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year", "I'll Be Home for Christmas", and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."

Also at the event was a silent and chinese auction.

The event was free and open to the public.
