A Zanesville woman pleads guilty to sex charges today in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. 26-year-old Rubi Dillard originally said she was innocent of four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, but today changed her plea. Judge Mark Fleegle ordered a pre-sentence investigation and continued Dillard’s bond at 50-thousand dollars.
