Three co-defendants learned their fate in court Monday in connection to the murder of a Zanesville man.

22-year-old Samantha Drabik and 40-year-old Billie Harris appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court for sentencing on an obstructing justice charge in the death of Phillip Kimbro, Jr.

The trial of 20-year-old Shaquille Davis has come to an end after only one day of trial.

A jury has been seated in the trial of a Zanesville man charged with murder and burning the corpse.

There are ten females and two males on the jury in the case of 20-year-old Shaquille Davis charged in the death of his first cousin Phillip Kimbro Junior last year. Kimbro's body was found on fire by a tree trimming crew on county road 15 in Morgan county. The Zanesville man charged in connection with killing a man and trying to burn his body will appear in court Tuesday morning.

The Zanesville Police Department announced Wednesday afternoon, it caught the main suspect in the murder of 24 year old, Phillip Kimbro Jr.

Captain Tony Coury says, ZPD's Detective Bureau and Special Response Team received information earlier on Wednesday, that 19 year old, Shaquille Davis of Zanesville, was in an apartment in the north end of town.
