A 13-year old juvenile is behind bars tonight in connection with the shooting death of a three-year old Philo boy.

The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office received a call just before noon yesterday concerning the shooting. A Zanesville man is still in serious condition after a shooting early this morning.

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says 36-year old Trever Carson was shot several times in the back after an altercation. It happened just before 1 a.m. this morning at 5971 National Road.

On Sunday a 17-year old Heath teen was accidentally shot and killed by his friend.

Tonight the community gathers together to mourn the loss of Tyler Gargus at a candlelight vigil.

It was a great election for the Rambo Memorial Health Center.

It scored a big victory in the polls easily passing a levy on Tuesday. That's something Executive Director Crystal Bebout is happy about.

Zanesville Police are investigating an early morning shooting near Good Samaritan Hospital.

Lt. Bill Shaw says 19-year-old Joseph Schilling II of Zanesville was walking on Adair Avenue around 2:00 a-m when a man in a black mask and black coat shot him in the leg with a handgun.

Shaw says the victim could not offer any more details about the incident.

Schilling was taken to Good Sam Hospital and then transferred to Grant Medical Center in Columbus where he's listed...
