Most of us are still getting used to Sunday's time change. It's an hour darker in the morning but an hour lighter at night, and it's a change that Dr. Vicki Whitacre says can really mess with your body's internal clock.

"You're used to going to bed at a certain time, we would hope, and getting up at a certain time. (Now we) know that's an hour off, " says Whitacre.
