The Zanesville Athletic Football Club held its third series of tryouts at the Maysville Athletic Complex on Sunday. Local players braved the cold for a shot at making the first ever roster for Zanesville AFC. Around ten players have committed to the team, with about 20 spots remaining. The club is starting from scratch under owner Josh Stocker. Several years of planning will finally come to fruition for Stocker and head coach Brandon Ponchak this season.
