The State Treasurer is trying to stimulate growth in small business and agricultural communities.

Regional Representative Jim Bernholtz paid a visit to the Muskingum County Commissioners on Monday.  The four programs under consideration are GrowNOW, ECO-Link, SaveNOW and Ag-LINK.  Commissioner Jerry Lavy said Muskingum County's agricultural population could benefit from the Ag-LINK program.
