An estimated 25-30 percent of Ohioans will wait until the final two weeks to file taxes.

If you're one of those waiting until the last moment to submit your 2012 return you can file an extension. The catch is you will still have to pay if you owe and will get a late filing penalty.

This is the 7th year that The United Way is offering free tax clinics to residents of Muskingum, Perry and Morgan counties. Those interested just need their W-2's and can call 2-1-1 to set up an appointment. If you didn't file taxes last year, you can set up an appointment to have those filed as well. The deadline for filing your taxes with the IRS is Monday at midnight.

The last collection for mail in Zanesville was at 6 p.m. Postmaster Steve Williams said they stopped extending their hours on Tax Day several years ago.

"Now 72% of all Americans are doing their taxes online, it's really a non-event for us the windows not as heavy and the letter mail quite frankly is not as much as use to be," he said.

The deadline to file your taxes is quickly approaching.

IRS Representative Jennifer Jenkins said E-Filing taxes is growing in popularity. Reports show that nearly 70% of the country uses it.
