Authorities say they have arrested three Newark men in connection with purchasing a product that is a key ingredient used in the illegal manufacture of methamphetamine.

The Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force says 44-year-old Michael Holmes, 27-year-old Stephen Priest and 41-year-old Theodore Cost III have all been charged with the unlawful purchase of pseudoephedrine,a  first degree misdemeanor.
