Joe Baker has been an ice cream maker at Tom's Ice Cream bowl for 36 years and he says some of the classics are the most popular flavors.
"What we sell the most of is vanilla because it goes under all the sundaes so that's a no brainer there," said Baker. "Chocolate probably next. We've had cookie dough and mint chocolate chip fighting back and forth. Right now we're selling the heck out of salty caramel. That's the newest flavor i've added."

Port Authority Executive Director Mike Jacoby said that the company expanded two freezers on its property which required large investments. Tom's Ice Cream Bowl owner Bill Sullivan said it is his dream to expand his business and his wife's to have a gift shop. Sullivan is now attempting to make those dreams reality. He recently purchased a home next to the Ice Cream Bowl and plans to turn it into a gift shop. The gift shop will sell pottery and other items currently housed at the ice cream shop.
There's also plans for the outside of the proposed store.
