The annual Ethnic Food Fair will return to Zane State College this Friday. The menu will celebrate diversity, including Italian, French, Soul and Caribbean foods- all of which will be prepared by culinary students under the instruction of Chef Marco Adornetto.
"Cooking is so cultural diverse and there is so many different ethnic styles and cuisines that go into making a dish today," said Adornetto.
The celebration of the new year will ring in at Zane State College.

Zane State College offers programs in fossil fuels and alternative energy sources. President of Zane State Dr. Paul Brown said jobs in these fields should provide long-term financial stability for graduates.
