Area bands rocked the Zanestock Music Festival tonight at Park Central.
Four youth bands from Zanesville shared the stage with headliner Twenty One Pilots. Coordinator Dick Joseph said all the proceeds benefit the Y.
"It definitely helps the community, and it's something for kids to do," said Joseph. "We're trying to bring more events to Zanesville for the youth."

Area bands are getting ready to rock this weekend.
Twenty One Pilots will headline the third annual Zanestock Music Festival. Coordinator Dick Joseph said he expects about 500 people to come out and support the six bands.
"My favorite part is playing," said Joseph. "I'm in Obliged, and it's always a great event to play in."
