Hundreds lined up outside Hillis and Hardwick Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon to offer prayers and condolences after the tragic death of 14 year-old Grant Hickman of Zaneville.
Three close friends of Hickman shared their story of what his life meant to them.... Trenton Dodson will be a Sophomore at Tri Valley High School. He said their group of friends all played a variety of sports -- Hickman football-- but it was skate boarding that truly brought the group together.

Zanesville High School students and faculty have officially spent a week in the new building. While some odds and ends remain incomplete, the general consensus is a positive one.
The new school is undergoing some minor tweaking. Principal Mark Ulbrich says the public address system needs a little work as well as the heating and cooling system. However, everyone seems to be adjusting well, as students have a new environment to foster learning.
