The weather was perfect for families who attended the 14th Annual Zemba Brothers Family Field Day Sunday afternoon.

 Families looking for a free fun filled outdoor event for their children should look no further than the Zemba Brothers Family Field Day.

The Hearth, Home and Away show kicked off on Friday at the Colony Square Mall.

More than 20 vendors set up shop at the home improvement show. There are contractors and other home improvement experts. One of the biggest displays is by Zemba Brothers.

Food, fun and games.... Not quite a state fair but close.

The Zemba brothers had their family field day Sunday  which brought  in crowds of 3,000 to 4,000 people. Co-owner, Chris Zemba says they put on the event to give families around this area a chance to experience new things.

Mud pits, barb wire, and running sounds a lot like boot camp but today people paid to participate in those outdoor activities.

After competing in other races over the years, the Zemba brothers created a 5 k Wilderness Challenge. They say they wanted theirs to be the best and added different obstacles to make that happen.

Saturday marks the 12th Annual Zemba Brothers Family Field Day.

A bid was awarded today for a minor make over in an area of Muskingum County.

The county commissioners awarded a bid to begin upgrading the pump station on Rusty Rifle Road for the sewer department. Commissioner Jerry Lavy said Zemba Brothers, Incorporated will be heading up the project.

A bid opening was held on Tuesday for the Canal Street sewer lining project in Zanesville.

Last spring, a sinkhole developed between the canal and the Muskingum River. In order to fix the damaged area, repairs need to be made to the storm pipe that runs under it. Zemba Brothers was the only company to place a bid.
