East Muskingum School District will be providing shuttle bus service for the varsity football game this Thursday vs. New Philadelphia due to limited parking on the Muskingum University campus. The shuttle buses will be parked at John Glenn High School and East Muskingum Middle School parking lots starting from 5:30pm and running up to 7pm to provide transportation to the football stadium. The shuttle buses will be parked near the stadium at the conclusion of the game to transport people back to their vehicles. Ticket prices at the game will be $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students.
Festival of Trees Benefit Holiday Auction to be held Wednesday, December 9 . There is no admission fee & donations are welcome. Doors open at 5pm and bidding begins at 6pm. The guest auctioneer will be Sherman Hostetter. Deliveray available with charge. Proceeds will be used to purchase back to school shoes, winter coats, summer camp outings, eye glasses, nineteen $1,000 scholarships and 250 smoke detectors purchased annually to be placed in family homes, benefiting the children involved with Beaver County Children and Youth Services.

The Mt. Ephraim United Methodist Church will be holding their annual Election Day Dinner in the Church Dining Hall on Tuesday, November 3rd from 3:30-7PM. Menu includes baked steak or chicken, mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes, home-made noodles, vegetables, rolls, dessert, and beverage. hot dogs, coneys, sloppy joes, and other ala carte items available. The Muskinugm Valley Chapter American Red Cross is hosting their 2nd Annual Free Military Family Fest on Saturday, October 24 at the Zanesville Municipal Airport Hanger 7 from 1-4pm. This event is our way of giving back to the military and their families in our three counties Muskingum, Perry and Morgan.
We will have over fifty exhibitors under one roof that military families can talk to on everthing from VA benefits to Psychological First Aid for Military Families.We will have various activities fo the kids such as dunk tank, rock wall, clowns, Bard the Bunny and the smokehouse.

P.T.Reptiles! A live encounter with fascinating creatures from the reptile world, featuring the knowledge and talented Peter Rushton, will be held at the Church of Christ in Shawnee, Ohio, at 6:30pm. This program is open to the public and will be great for all ages. Rushton offers an up-close look at live reptiles in this interactive family event.
