The Philo High School National Honor Society presents a Prom Fair & Fashion Show on Friday, March 5. Doors open at 6:30pm/fashion show begins at 7:30pm in the Philo High School Auditeria. Admission is $5. All ticket proceeds go to Avondale Youth Center.
Mrs. Mary Watiker Robinson of Columbus, Ohio, will be the presenter and guest speaker for the thrid presentation at the Nelson T. Gant Homestead, 1845 West Main Street in Zanesville, on Saturday, February 27 at 11am. Mary is a native of Zanesville, she is a registered nurse, a graduate of The Ohio State University and married to Dr. Roger Robinson. Friday, March 5, is World Day of Prayer 2010. It is an ecumenical celebration of informed prayer. Please join in the prayer service written by the women of Cameroon for families in need worldwide. There will be a telephone solicitation seminar on March 4th at 1pm at the Senior Apartments in Caldwell presented by Ohio Consumers' Counsel and Senior Apartments.. The Senior Apartments are located in Sunset Hills next to Summit Acres Skilled Nursing and Rehab. Exit I-77 at 25 mile (Caldwell) and go east 2 miles. turn left at Noble Soil & Water office. Continue up the hill behind their office to the three story brick building. Enter under the covered driveway located on the back side of the building.
