The United Way of Muskingum, Perry, and Morgan counties is trying to help people put their money to good use.

It’s offering a six week Financial Boot Camp that starts January 12th.

“As the economy starts to maybe turn around a little bit, you know, to provide this kind of service is definitely needed and worthwhile. Hopefully, it gives individuals hope on how to manage their money, ” says United Way Financial Stabilization Partnership Coordinator, Amy Davis.

Davis says for 20 dollars, you can get all your financial questions answered.

“Estate planning, retirement, ways to be wealthy, insurance, and those types of things. So, it’s not neccesarily for individuals who are struggling to get by. It’s for those who have their daily budgets. They’re doing ok day to day, and they want to take their money to the next step, ” says Davis.

Davis says you can start registering for the class now. The financial boot camp will take up to 30 people.
