A Newark man is in serious condition after a one car crash.
It happened around 11 p.m. last night.
27-year-old Matthew Dennett was traveling south on Louden Road, near Battee Road, when he went right of center, struck a ditch, and then hit a utility pole. The impact caused the car to overturn, and Trooper Aaron Reimer says Dennett was partially ejected from the car.
He was taken to Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
Reimer says Dennett is charged with an OVI and failure to control.
