Man Pleads Not-Guilty to Drug Charges

A Zanesville man authorities say sold drugs to undercover officers pled not guilty to multiple felony charges Wednesday in court.

25-year-old Timothy Thomas pled not-guilty to trafficking in a counterfeit controlled substance, aggravated trafficking in drugs, trafficking in crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs.

Thomas was arrested November 3rd at the corner of 7th and Elberon Streets.

Judge Mark Fleegle continued his bond at $50,000, he remains held in the Muskingum County Jail.
