YOU DON’T HAVE TO TELL ANYONE IN PHILO HOW LONG ITS BEEN SINCE THE LAST MUSKINGUM VALLEY LEAGUE FOOTBALL TITLE CAME TO DUNCAN FALLS – 15 YEARS AGO IN 1995. FRIDAY, PHILO HIGH SCHOOL MADE A MOVE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION HIRING A MAN WHO PLAYED FOR THAT 1995 ELECTRICS SQUAD AS DIRK LINCICOME WAS NAMED THE NEW HEAD FOOTBALL COACH.
