The power problems for some area resident are going from bad to worse. American Electric Power says around 2200 customers will not get service restored until 2:00 am on Tuesday. A-E-P says a transformer on Water Street failed and now mobile transformers must be brought in to restore service. Meanwhile, A-E-P says around 436 customers are still without service in Coshocton County. The Guernsey-Muskingum Electric Cooperative says 1100 customers in Guernsey County and 660 in Muskingum County are powerless. They hope to have power restored by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
