Somerset Accident Injures Three

Three people are injured after a crash this morning near Somerset.

It happened east of the town on US 22 at about 7:20 this morning. 39-year old James Shahan and 39 -year old Dawn Shahan were driving eastbound on US 22, when the car went left of center and struck 32-year old Timothy Carder head-on.

James, the driver, was ejected from the vehicle.

All three were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville.

Both Shahan’s were then taken to Grant Medical Center.

James Shahan remains in serious condition.
