Towing Cars out of Snow

Towing Cars out of Snow

The mounting snow and the ice is making it difficult to get from one place to the next.

Some people are finding themselves stuck and forced to call a towing service.

"It’s been non-stop. We’re averaging 75 to 80 calls a day between the tow trucks, the service trucks, and battery calls. It’s been busy, " says Clever’s Towing service truck driver Michael Nunley.

Yet, some of the calls could be avoided.

"Three quarters of them are their driveways, and most are from lack of not shoveling them out or not having them plowed out. Some of it, the ice, you can’t drive on it, so it makes it hard, " says Nunley.

Nunley says shovels, plows, and salt will be driver’s best friends now when it comes to digging out your car.
