If you want to take your valentine somewhere special this weekend, Secrest has a show for you!

This Saturday at 7:00 p.m, Secrest Auditorium is putting on a "Best of Zanesville" show. The show will feature dancers, singers and other entertainers that have ties to our area. The show also benefits a good cause for downtown.

"Also as a fundraiser for the auditorium come out and have a nice time and we put it around Valentine’s Day because it is one of the few times men take out their wives or girlfriends out for dinner and we try to tap in all the wonderful restaurants we have and have a dinner and a show," says John Kunkle, the manager of Secrest Auditorium.

Tickets are $7 a person and can be purchased at Secrest. Kunkle expects anywhere from 500-800 people to attend. He says the audience will be astounded by the talent in Zanesville.

"I have worked in a lot of different cities and it is amazing how much talent this town has. We have some 15 year olds that will blow you away with their voices and we have wonderful dancer which are coming, Darla’s Dancers, are coming which are always great. She has dancers maybe 2 or 3 which will perform for us," tells Kunkle.

All of the entertainers donated their time to take part in the show. The Red Cross will also be managing concessions to also raise money for their organization.
