Officials in Perry County indict two residents after authorities discover a large marijuana growing operation in their home.
38-year-old Forest Johnson and 20-year-old April Callahan each face one charge of possession of marijuana.
Perry County Sheriff’s Deputy Nick Sabo was responding to a report of children in the roadway on State Route 345, July 31, 2009, when he returned the children to the parents he says he located a large indoor marijuana growing operation in the residence.
Over two pounds of marijuana was found in the home. The couple will be arraigned in Perry County Common Pleas Court next month.
