The sounds of elvis are rocking the Zanesville Community Theatre.

It’s holding auditions for "All Shook Up," which will take the stage in mid-July.

"It’s a love story. It’s all about a round-about that comes to town on a motorcycle. Boy meets girl, but there’s all kinds of interesting social issues, " says performance director, Rich Tolliver.

Social issues that tolliver says involves gender, race, and love. 30 to 40 people will be cast, and there’s parts for people of all ages.

"We’re looking for people with high energy who want to have a good time, and hopefully-if they can sing, that’s a bonus-but it’s not totally necessary, " says Tolliver.

If you happened to miss tonight’s audition, there will be another held tomorrow at seven p.m. It’s at the Zanesville Community Theatre, located on Findley Avenue. Tolliver says all you need to bring is yourself and some confidence.
