Some Perry and Fairfield county drivers will need to take a detour through the village of Bremen.
ODOT is beginning construction and State Route 664 and Main Street tomorrow. The project is expected to be completed in late October, weather permitting.
Public Information Officer, Kate Stickle, says the intent of the project is to improve safety at the intersection. It has hired a contractor out of Thornville to work on the more than 250 thousand dollar project.
Drivers will be asked to use alternate routes to get to where they’re going, including State Route 313, State Route 93, State Route 668, or State Route 37.
