Second Suspect Arrested In Hebron Armed Robbery

by Carolyn Fleegle on April 14, 2010

A second suspect is arrested in connection with an armed robbery at a gas station in Hebron.

Sgt. Chris Slayman with the Licking County Sheriff’s Office says 41-year-old Leroy Page Junior of Reynoldsburg has been charged with robbery, a second degree felony.

Slayman says Page admitted to staging the robbery of his ex-girlfriend 39-year-old Jacinda Collins of Newark at the Certified Marathon Gas Station on Lancaster Road on Monday.

Authorities say an acquaintance of Page,42-year-old Christopher Parks of Columbus, pulled up next to a vehicle occupied by Collins and Page and robbed the pair at gunpoint of $600 dollars and their cell phones.

Parks was later arrested at the Interstate 70 Exit Ramp to State Route 256.

Both Page and Parks are being held in the Licking County Justice Center on a $100,000 bond.

Their cases will go before a Licking County Grand Jury next Thursday.
