Gearing Up for May Primary

The May Primary is less than 24 hours away, and activity at the Muskingum County Board of Elections is buzzing with staff, poll workers, and volunteers trying to get equipment and information to the 85 different precincts.

"The presiding judge comes in. They pick those supplies up. They take them to the voting location, and they are secured overnight to election morning, " says Executive Director, Chris Hamill.

While Cuyahoga County has been reporting some problems with electronic equipment, Hamill says everything has been running smoothly here.

"No, we’ve tested everything, and everything’s just fine, " says Hamill.

If you plan on voting tomorrow, make sure you bring a photo ID and proof of your current residence.
