You may see a familiar face on the Muskingum River this summer.
The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office will be back on the river after a donation to fix the department’s broken boat motor.
"We tried to put the boat out last year and we had a problem with the engine," said Sheriff Lutz. "We’ve had some demand for it to be out on the river. It’s not out on a regular basis, but it’s out on the holidays."
The $500 donation comes from the Rick Neff Memorial held each year on Labor Day.
