If you are hoping to get some memorabilia from Zanesville High School, you’re going to have to wait a little longer.
The auction that was supposed to be held at the high school on June 5 is being pushed back to June 26.
Construction Liason, Darrell Lear explains, "Change in [the] auction date at the high school, we moved it back to the 26th because we want to make sure that everything is in line."
The new date will allow more time to get everything in order for the auction. As the work continues, Lear says that everyone is working hard to get things finished up in time.
"It gets crowded and this one has to get that done and that one has to get that done for everything to progress along accordingly, so it’s going well, but it’s busy," says Lear.
The auction at McIntire-Munson Elementary will be held at 1pm on June 5, and the Wilson Elementary auction will be held at 10am on June 12.
