Get out the wax and shine. Car enthusiasts rolled out in some classic rides.

The Washington Township Fire Department held their annual car show which raises money for the volunteer fire department.

"I can’t say enough about the community. We have a great support from them. We’re very fortunate for that. Everything we’ve ever done whether it’s a car show, the barbecue, anything they back us up 100 percent," says Washington Township Fire Department President, Adam Siddle.

Cars of every kind were there, with owners who have put a lot of time, and money into these classic vehicles.

"It was a basket case when i bought it, completely disassembled. Somebody started on it and they never finished it," says Grendel Scott, the owner of a 1966 Ford Mustang.

Nick McCormick is the owner of a 1997 Chevy Camaro, and he has put a lot of time into his car as well. "I enjoy it, i just had it restored and everything, and i have a lot of fun with it this summer."

This was the fourth year that the Washington Fire Department held the car show, however it was the first year it was actually held at the station.
